PAUL GRANT LL.M.
Grant & Co Solicitors is an established Family Law practice. We have been successfully running for over a decade, and have grown to harbour and nurture solid relationships with partnering consultants and long term clients needing ongoing legal advice.
Paul Grant (LL.M.) is an appointed Independent Children’s Lawyer (ICL) Panel Member who acts
in the Federal Circuit Court jurisdiction, as well as in the Family Court jurisdiction. We utilise the services of experienced Counsel who share many years experience in Family Law matters.
As an ICL, Paul has considerable experience in looking at the issues which confront both parents, and is well equipped to deal with matters that most concern you.
The majority of problems revolve around property settlements, children’s issues concerning who the children will live with, and contact issues in relation to the time periods they should spend with their parents or external family members.
